How to enjoy Matcha (Usucha / Thin Tea) Sift 1–2 tsp into a bowl. Add 60 ml of 70–80 °C water. Whisk until a fine foam forms. Top with more water if you like. Tip: For the closest “ceremonial-style” feel, use 70–75 °C water and a slightly lighter dose.
