With a density of 1.33, it is the result of a wonderful blend of apple juice, apple vinegar, and cooked must aged in oak barrels where the essence of the wood has created a delicious product dense in cherry red color. On the nose, it reveals a full-bodied, rounded flavor with a slight degree of acidity that provides lightness and cleanliness. Excellent for salads, vegetables, and grilled dishes, grilled meat, cheeses, boiled and roasted meats, fish, and fruit salad.
