We use exclusively natural essential oils, pure and guaranteed as suitable for food use, to flavor our products. Essential oils are extracted from plants and trees, obtained through steam distillation or pressing of the peels. It has an intense aroma with a floral aftertaste. Excellent raw with swordfish, salmon tartare, trout, seafood salad, and in the preparation of tarts, sorbets, and ice cream.
