A red wine vinegar for those who do not settle, carefully aged in oak barrels (barrique) from organic red grape wines. Dedicated to those who appreciate a strong but not overly aggressive taste. Produced from natural fermentation without the addition of sulfites or other additives, its acidity is 6%. Excellent for salads and vegetables.
