This is a medium fruity extra virgin olive oil, green in color with golden reflections. The aroma reveals hints of freshly cut grass, green vegetables, and fresh tomato. On the palate, it has an aftertaste of almond and pleasant notes of bitterness and spiciness. Excellent as a raw dressing for vegetable dishes, legume soups, white meats, and fish-based dishes.
