Imagine a soft moment. A blanket, a steaming mug, and that irresistible smell of pistachio choco floating in the air.
Got it? Welcome to the world of Little Pistachio Choco.
This is a cocoa drink like no other.
A fine, artisanal powder, carefully made right here at FBKT. No frills, no artificial flavors. Just a beautiful chocolate roundness, softened by the delicacy of a pistachio scent.
The first sip is often surprising. You expect a classic chocolate, and then the pistachio arrives. Subtle, almost pastry-like. It coats the palate, rounds out the flavor, bringing a sweet and slightly roasted note. It’s indulgent without being overwhelming. And honestly… it works wonderfully.
This recipe was designed as an alternative to overly sweet or flat cocoas. We wanted something comforting but with character. A pistachio chocolate that would please both children and adults, to be enjoyed in the morning or as an afternoon treat. And that would be a nice change from the perennial chocolate-vanilla.
Friend's tip: don't skimp on the quality of the milk. A nice hot whole milk (or a creamy plant-based drink like oat or almond) is key. You can also try it cold, blended with ice for a real homemade milkshake. And if you want to take the experience even further, add a dollop of whipped cream and some pistachio bits on top. Just for fun.
So, tempted? The pistachio choco is a bit like a liquid dessert. A hug in a cup. And it’s very likely to become one of your favorites this winter.
