Homemade Ibérico Chorizo
Homemade ibérico chorizo made in El Bosque (Cádiz) with meats and fats from ibérico pork, paprika, salt, and natural spices, stuffed in natural casing and tied by hand, as was done in traditional home slaughtering. They select the ibérico lean meat, without adding any fat or meat from other pig breeds.
The curing process is completely natural (without artificial dryers or accelerated curing), and lasts approximately 20 days, depending on the weight of the chorizo.
Keep refrigerated, open the package one hour before tasting.
Approximate weight per piece: 300-450 grams
Lactose-free and gluten-free.
Ingredients: Lean and fat from ibérico pork, paprika, salt, spices, sugar, dextrose, stabilizers (E-450i, E-452i (2.8%)), antioxidants (E-331i, E-301i (2.5%)) and preservative E-252 (0.75%).
