Persimmon - the golden apple. A wonderful fruit. Full of vitamins. For more than two decades, we have been one of the promoters of this fruit, which can be prepared in various ways. This year, in addition to fresh and honey varieties that we have in stock, we have prepared jams, and there is an increasing demand for dried persimmons. The drying process is a bit lengthy, as it is dried at a temperature of 35 degrees Celsius, but the product is wonderful. In this way, we try to preserve as many nutrients as possible.
