Kaki - the golden apple. A wonderful fruit. Full of vitamins. For more than two decades, we have been among the promoters of this fruit, which can be prepared in various ways. This year, in addition to the fresh and honey varieties we have in stock, we have prepared jams, and there is an increasing demand for dried kakis. The drying process is a bit long, as it is dried at a temperature of 35 degrees Celsius, but the product is wonderful. In this way, we try to preserve as many nutrients as possible. As a snack at work, an addition to smoothies, it pairs excellently with savory anchovies. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
