Maurino

Extra virgin olive oil from the Maurino variety is characterized by a milder taste and medium-expressed aroma. Its scent resembles freshly cut grass, green apple, and almond, while the taste reveals notes of green apple and Mediterranean herbs. This oil is an excellent choice for those who prefer gentler yet still distinctive flavors of olive oil.

Cuvée

Extra virgin olive oil Cuvée is a refined blend from several olive varieties, among which Istrian white, Leccino, and Maurino stand out. The wide aroma is complemented by oils from other carefully selected varieties. The taste of the oil is fresh and fruity, with a pronounced bitterness and medium spiciness. Green and fruity aromas reminiscent of olive leaves, aromatic herbs, apple, artichoke, tomato leaves, and freshly cut grass can be detected. The bitterness and spiciness are well balanced and intertwine with the taste of sweet almond. The oil is harmonious and offers a wide range of aromatic perceptions.

Istrian White

Varietal olive oil from Istrian white is a robust oil characterized by fresh fruit aromas and a pronounced bitter and spicy taste. The scent of Istrian white, an indigenous and the most resilient Istrian olive variety, resembles freshly cut grass, artichoke, vegetable notes (such as tomato and chicory), and olive leaves. This oil boasts a higher content of beneficial polyphenols, which further contributes to its healing properties.
