Homemade Iberian Salchichón made in El Bosque (Cádiz) from Iberian pork meat, salt, and natural spices.

Cured in the Sierra de Grazalema, its climate gives it a traditional and homemade flavor. Stuffed in natural casing and hand-tied as was done in homemade slaughtering.

Store in a cool, dry place; open the package one hour before tasting.
