The gentle sweet-sour taste of aged Berce balsamic vinegar is the result of careful cultivation and processing of the best grape berries from our estate. The optimally ripened grapes are transformed into premium balsamic vinegar through a long processing method, produced using traditional techniques. We age it for at least 6 years in wooden barrels to create a deep yet gentle aromatic flavor and suitable density. Paired with wooden salad preparation utensils made in Slovenia, it makes a beautiful gift that emphasizes the importance of tradition, strong roots, and Slovenian heritage.
At your request, we can customize the box with your logo or inscription on a wooden plaque if ordered in a timely manner (at least 10 days before the desired delivery).
