Buffalo milk gives the scamorza a strong and rounded taste, perfect to enjoy as is or to use in the kitchen as a noble ingredient. The FRIP brand identifies phosphorus-free cheeses produced with an innovative natural method developed by researchers at the IRCCS Ca Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico in Milan. FRIP is an innovative product that, thanks to its production method, reduces the amount of phosphates naturally present in cheese, making it accessible to nephropathic and dialyzed patients. Ingredients: Buffalo milk, natural whey starter, salt, rennet, calcium carbonate. Allergens: MILK.
