Tomme Fleurette is an artisanal specialty from the village of Rougemont, in the Pays-d’Enhaut region of Switzerland. Produced exclusively from raw milk of cows fed on alpine pastures, it reflects the floral richness of mountain meadows. Its soft and runny texture, fine bloomy rind, and delicate taste make it a cheese highly appreciated by tomme enthusiasts. It can be enjoyed year-round, either fresh or slightly aged, and pairs perfectly with salads, rustic bread, or melted in a risotto.
