Founded in 2024 in Haute-Savoie, Féroce is the story of a return to basics, led by David Nicolas, entrepreneur and explorer of human potential. It all began with a revelation: 7 g of beef liver covers our daily micronutrient requirements. But how could he make people love these forgotten offal cuts? By hiding them in a ground beef patty.

This bold idea gave birth to Haché Féroce: a concentrated source of vitality, with 150 g containing the equivalent of 4 kg of vegetables in vitamins and minerals. The first tasters quickly reported a tender, flavorful taste and renewed energy.

Behind each product is a philosophy: to regenerate the soil through grass-fed farming, to honor the animal by making use of every part, and to offer today's men and women a forgotten nutritional density.

We do more than just say it: we prove it. On each label, a QR code provides access to an immersive tour of the farm, as well as systematic lab analyses that guarantee the absence of pollutants and nutritional quality.
