The true treasure of wine enjoyment lies in the blends that we carefully compose from several grape varieties. From each of them, we take the best to ultimately create a tapestry of aromas with the signature of the estate's master. In the master's blend Berce Rdeče, carefully selected varieties of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and barbera intertwine. The grapes are hand-picked and processed using a shorter maceration process, in stainless steel containers and used oak barrels. The wine, with a scarlet to ruby color and aromas reminiscent of cherry, blackberry, and aronia, has a full, soft taste and pleasant tannins that pair excellently with Planika cheese, enhancing and preserving its delicate flavor in the mouth long after consumption, thus enriching the atmosphere on all occasions.
