The vinegar does not contain garlic pieces, as it is strained before bottling.

Aromatic balsamic vinegar is made from local grapes using the traditional “classico” method. It matures and thickens for at least 6 years in wooden barrels. Therefore, it has a full, characteristic sweet-and-sour taste and a distinctive dark burgundy to brown color.
