DESCRIPTION
Cheese made from pasteurized sheep's milk, preserved in lard and covered with paprika, with a curing period of 6 to 8 months. Wrapped in food-grade paper and netting. Rind covered with paprika. With exquisite nuances provided by the lard and paprika, which will determine the final aromas and flavors of the cheese.
