Our pork comes from environmentally friendly farms that are fed wheat, barley, and corn, ensuring tender meat. Butcher's tip: To reveal all the spicy flavor of the grilling chorizo, sear it over medium heat to allow the aromas to diffuse without burning the meat. Avoid piercing it to preserve its juices and juiciness. Serve it lightly browned, accompanied by grilled vegetables or simply sliced at an angle for a gourmet appetizer.
