The Iberian Cebo de Campo Ham stands out for its intense flavor, melting texture, and characteristic aromas of Spanish charcuterie. Made from free-range Iberian pigs that are fed primarily on grains and natural resources available in their environment, it develops a beautiful aromatic richness over the course of its aging. The presence of the bone contributes to the traditional presentation of the piece and allows for slicing directly with a knife on a ham holder. Its generous flavor is sufficient on its own: a few slices accompanied by lightly toasted bread already allow for full enjoyment. It will also fit perfectly on a charcuterie board, during an aperitif, or in a selection of tapas. Cut the slices a few minutes before serving so that they return to room temperature. The fat then softens slightly, and the aromas of the ham are fully expressed. For optimal slicing, use a long, well-sharpened ham knife to create thin, even slices.
