Wild prawn The wild jumbo prawn is the favorite of premium seafood lovers. With 10/16 pieces per kilo, each prawn is generous, with plenty of meat, a head full of coral, and an intense flavor that more than justifies its price. Wild and raw, so you can cook it your way and take advantage of its full intensity on the grill, in rice dishes, or in any high-level seafood preparation. How to cook prawn Grilling is its best preparation: very hot grill, 2-3 minutes on each side with coarse salt. Its size allows for a small incision in the back before cooking so that the heat reaches better inside. In a soupy seafood rice as the star ingredient or in light tempura for a more elaborate dish. Preservation Keep between 0 and 4°C in refrigeration. Consume within 24-48 hours after receipt. Origin Indian Ocean, western · FAO Zone 51 · Penaeus monodon
