The salmon is a fish that in the wild is born in freshwater and after a period of time in this environment, moves to the sea, so most species know both aquatic environments. Additionally, an interesting fact is that most specimens return to spawn in the river or lake from which they originated.
So you don't have to take the whole piece, at Mariscos O Grove we sell this fish in slices of about 220-280 grams, which is the ideal portion for one person. We do NOT make the fresh salmon slices thick so you can prepare it quickly on the grill or make some of your best recipes.
