Extraordinary cheeses made by Quesos De La Huz, a family business that has been producing high-quality cheeses since 1989. The cheese has a firm and compact texture, ivory white in color, with small eyes unevenly distributed, with a very good and pleasant aroma, characteristic of good Manchego sheep cheese.
