Žufánek Cherry Liqueur is a 100% natural liqueur with an alcohol content of 20%, gently sweet, elegant, and based on real fruit – not on aromas.
It is created by infusing a special variety of fresh cherries with carefully selected spices. This results in a flavor that is not purely fruity but gains a deeper, layered character, where the cherry acidity transitions into a subtle port bouquet.
After macerating the cherries, we distill them, and the resulting cherry distillate is then added back into the liqueur. This step gives the final product greater depth, a drier finish, and a typical "mature" taste that significantly differs from regular sweet cherry liqueurs.
No artificial sweet cherry liqueur. This is a genuine, completely natural cherry liqueur.
Serving
We recommend serving at a temperature of 12–16 °C, either on its own or as a gentle digestif. It also works great in simple cocktails where no additional aromatic support is needed.
