Embutidos El Callosino offers a wide range of products, including homemade longanizas, chistorras, and chorizos criollos. Committed to excellence, they use raw materials of Spanish origin to guarantee authentic flavors. Our own artisanal manufacturing process has been recognized with the Artisan Certification. For a good product to turn out well, it is essential that the workplace be as clean as possible and that the raw materials be of the highest quality. With this, and our many years of experience, we manage to maintain our consistent quality.
