Our company is made up of a dynamic and enterprising team who make cheese in the most traditional way, paying close attention to detail throughout the production process to achieve a high-quality product.
The main value of our product is the raw material, obtained directly from the livestock farms of the Sierra de Grazalema, resulting in a unique product. We process 8,000 litres of milk daily and produce around 100,000 kilos of cheese per year.
We have more than 30 varieties of cheese. Thanks to our desire to improve the product and innovate, we have introduced improvements to our recipes, creating new flavours such as Merino sheep's cheese cured in aged rum, sheep's cheese in Arrayán liqueur, goat's cheese in primentón... All of them have won international awards and help us to continue innovating every year.
