📍 Origin and vineyard

The winery is located in the Avia Valley, on soils with granite sands (“sábrego”), clay, and schist, which contribute minerality and structure to the wine. The grapes are hand-harvested, subjected to gentle pressing and controlled fermentation to preserve their freshness and character.
