Two recipes like two paintings Inspired by Monet's gardens, this collection of jams pays tribute to a sensitive, floral, and vibrant nature. Jams made in Paris, under the Viaduc des Arts, conceived as works to be savored. Discover in this box two recipes, where fruit converses with flower, in a delicate balance of freshness, sweetness, and emotion. The Lotus Currant Jam This recipe finds its origin in a cookbook by Claude Monet, where he shared his own currant jam. To this historical base, we chose to add a natural lotus flower aroma, echoing Monet's iconic "Water Lilies". Its sweet floral notes evoke childhood candies, reminiscent of poppies or violets from the past. A jam that is both lively and delicate, where fruit meets art and nostalgia of yesteryear. The Strawberry Poppy Jam The strawberry, a generous and indulgent fruit, is crafted to preserve its natural sweetness and roundness on the palate. We paired it with a note of poppy, directly referencing Claude Monet's painting "Promenade à Argenteuil". This flower, emblematic of his landscapes, adds a soft and slightly honeyed floral touch, evoking childhood candies, in the spirit of the poppies of old. A bright and comforting jam, between indulgence and memory. Also find in the same collection the Raspberry Rose Jam. 2 jars x 100g = 200g. Price/kg: €94.50
