It is roasted and packed by the top Slovenian roastery Escobar, which is considered the first Slovenian micro-roastery to start roasting coffees from the so-called specialty coffee segment. All coffees are roasted in small batches for maximum freshness. Immediately after roasting, when the coffee beans are most receptive to absorbing flavors, the aroma is added.

The roastery in Vrhnika was founded by Omar and Katja Escobar. Their passion for quality and precise roasting is reflected in the carefully selected beans and refined aromatic profile.
