Petroni White Vermouth

St Petroni is a Galician white vermouth made from the Albariño variety. It is vinified on lees and then undergoes a handcrafted controlled maceration with 29 botanicals, and is colored with hibiscus flower to give it a characteristic dark red hue with coppery highlights.
