Preparation
- Wash, peel, and cut all the vegetables to taste.
- Heat the oil in a pan, and when it is hot, add the chopped garlic.
- Once golden, add the onion and stir until it is softened.
- Next, add the peppers and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the tomatoes and let it cook until everything is done.
- If you don't want to find chunks, you can blend all the vegetables.
