Internal use: Pour 1.5 g (1 teaspoon) of finely chopped herb with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Let it steep covered for 5 minutes, then strain. Drink 3-4 cups daily. The daily dose for internal use is: 4-6 g.
