The optimally ripened grapes are transformed into premium balsamic vinegar through a long processing method, produced using the classic technique. We age it for at least 6 years in wooden barrels to create a deep yet gentle aromatic flavor and suitable density. Paired with wooden salad preparation utensils made in Slovenia, it makes a beautiful gift that emphasizes the importance of tradition, strong roots, and Slovenian heritage.
