Do you enjoy a glass of wine but also keep an eye on your histamine intake? This set is composed of six of our wines with very low histamine content.
In the production of low histamine wines, we pay special attention to the quality and rapid processing of grapes, hygiene in the cellar, and controlled fermentation processes. The wines we label as low histamine are subsequently tested in a certified laboratory. For selected wines, we achieve histamine levels below 0.10 mg/l. The set is not only based on one characteristic. You will find a diverse selection ranging from fresh whites to the more serious Tramín and two rosés, all the way to Frankovka modrá.
The set includes:
Veltlín Green 2025 BIO – dry, fresh, and juicy wine with notes of green apple, citrus, and subtle white pepper.
Müller Thurgau 2025 BIO – light dry wine with fruity-floral aromas.
Tramín Red 2025 BIO – dry, distinctly aromatic wine with notes of rose petals, exotic fruits, and gentle spices.
Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2025 – semi-dry rosé wine with notes of strawberries and cherries.
Hron Rosé 2025 BIO – dry, fresh rosé with notes of strawberries, raspberries, and red fruits.
Frankovka Modrá 2024 – dry red wine with notes of cherries, black currants, and gentle spices.
