Three recipes like three paintings Inspired by the gardens of Monet, this collection of jams pays tribute to a sensitive, floral, and vibrant nature. A collection created in partnership with the Academy of Fine Arts. Jams made in Paris, under the Viaduc des Arts, conceived as works to be savored. Discover three recipes, where the fruit interacts with the flower, in a delicate balance of freshness, sweetness, and emotion. The Strawberry Poppy Jam The strawberry, a generous and fleshy fruit, is crafted to preserve its natural sweetness and roundness on the palate. We have combined it with a note of poppy, directly referencing Claude Monet's painting “Promenade à Argenteuil.” This flower, emblematic of his landscapes, adds a soft and slightly honeyed floral touch, evoking childhood candies, in the spirit of the poppies of yesteryear. A luminous and comforting jam, between pleasure and memory. Also find in the same collection: Lotus Currant Jam and Rose Raspberry Jam. Jar 250g. Price/kg: 67.60€
