Peach liqueur combined with extra homemade peach jam provides an excess of the unique and recognizable taste of Vipava peaches, while Refošk liqueur combined with plum jam from Vipava solitary plums skillfully blends pleasant acidity and the sweetness of the fruit. Berce fruit spreads are made with very little added sugar and have a full, fruity flavor. The jams pair beautifully with aged cheeses, while the liqueurs come alive in combination with sparkling wines as a refreshing cocktail with the taste of juicy fruits from the Vipava Valley.
