DESCRIPTION
- In appearance, it has a greenish lemon yellow color with golden highlights. Very bright and good legs, clear and transparent.
- On the nose, varietal aromas stand out, with high aromatic intensity, scents of tropical and citrus fruits, and slight hints of white flowers. When oxidized, apple aromas and cider notes appear.
- On the palate, it is very fresh with very good fruity acidity; it is a light and easy-to-drink wine, having a low pH and good total acidity with very little sulfiting.
