Founded in 2015, Confiture Parisienne is today the only jam factory in Paris.

It continues an ancient tradition that began when orchards flourished in the capital's noble neighborhoods.

Confiture Parisienne is the only jam factory in Paris, founded in 2015. It may be the only one, but it wasn't the first, because back when orchards still dominated the beautiful neighborhoods of our capital, jams were indeed a Parisian specialty.

It is this lost tradition that Laura and Nadège, founders of Confiture Parisienne, wanted to bring back into fashion.
In their workshop, they make artisanal jams with flavors as intense as they are unexpected, and also collaborate with renowned chefs to develop exceptional recipes.

Made from fruit selected at the peak of the season and unrefined sugar, the jams are cooked in small batches in copper pots using traditional methods, without any additives or preservatives. They are then poured into delicately decorated, white-lacquered jars, making them original gifts for your loved ones.
