How to cook Galician baby squid: Grilled whole with garlic and olive oil is the most popular preparation: very hot grill, 1-2 minutes on each side, salt, and lemon. In its ink with sautéed onion, tomato, and white wine, a dish with deep and intense flavor. Stuffed with ham and cheese or with its own chopped tentacles and onion, a more elaborate preparation but absolutely memorable.
