How to cook jumbo prawn: Grilling is its best preparation: very hot grill, 2-3 minutes on each side with coarse salt. Its size allows for a small incision in the back before cooking so that the heat reaches the inside better. In a seafood broth rice as the star ingredient or in light tempura for a more elaborate dish.
Storage: Keep between 0 and 4°C in refrigeration. Consume within 24-48 hours after receipt.
