The Cruzille Goat Tomme is an authentic farmhouse creation, born on the Depoil family farm, where the goats live in a peaceful environment… cradled by soft music! This lactic cheese is aged for a minimum of four weeks to reveal the richness of its goat aromas. Its white downy rind and white paste that yellows over time testify to its natural evolution. On the palate, it offers a beautiful intensity, with flavors of hazelnut and a goat touch. It pairs perfectly with a white wine from the Mâconnais, such as a Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, or Pouilly-Vinzelles, which highlight its finesse without masking its character.
