Land Starter - 2 Vol-au-vent with duck gizzards, foie gras, and asparagus: a golden and crispy puff pastry filled with a generous and melting preparation, featuring deep flavors from the Southwest. Main Course - 2 Veal Medallions with truffle supreme sauce: tender and flavorful meat, coated in a creamy sauce subtly flavored with truffle. A complete meal ready to heat, designed for a gastronomic Christmas experience, easy to prepare and worthy of a great restaurant. Preparation Advice: Reheat the scallops in the oven at 160 °C for 10 to 15 minutes, until they are hot. Place the vol-au-vent in the oven at 150 °C to restore their crispness and warmth. Gently sauté the risotto in a pan with a knob of butter or a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with brut champagne or a truffled white wine for a perfect pairing.
