How to prepare Galician razor clams: Heat the grill well, place the razor clams shell side down and wait for them to open (1-2 minutes). Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
Storage: Keep alive in refrigeration covered with a damp cloth. Recommended consumption within 24 hours after receipt.
