DESCRIPTION Variety of Galician clam characterized by its yellow-orange color, hence its name striped or red clam. Good quality-price ratio and flavor of one of the most marketed clams in Galician fish markets. Tasty, of good size, and an excellent candidate for stews and rice dishes. Pieces per kg: 40/50. Shipped fresh (2-3 servings).
