Aged Goat Cheese with Amontillado Wine
Goat cheese aged with Amontillado wine traditionally made with goat's milk raised in the Sierra de Cádiz.
Aging: Between 4 and 7 months. In the final aging period, the cheese is bathed in olive oil and Amontillado wine to enhance its incredible flavor and aroma.
Intensity: medium due to its special aging and being coated with balsamic cream flavored with Amontillado wine.
Rind: natural, coated with oil and Amontillado wine.
Characteristics: white cheese with an intense flavor on the palate and firm texture. Bathed in balsamic cream flavored with Amontillado wine.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized.
Amontillado wine is a natural generous wine from the province of Cádiz that lies between fino and oloroso. Made from palomino grapes with a double fermentation process that makes Amontillados an extraordinarily complex and interesting wine. Cheese aged in balsamic cream flavored with Amontillado wine resulting from the joint texturization of grape must caramel, Amontillado wine aroma, and xanthan gum.

Storage and Consumption:
Store in a cool, dry place.
It is recommended to consume between 16 and 18º C.
