Aged Goat Cheese with Madroño Liqueur
Goat cheese aged with Madroño liqueur traditionally made with goat's milk from the Sierra de Cádiz.
Aging: Between 4 and 7 months. In the last aging period, the cheese is coated with olive oil and artisanal madroño liqueur from the Sierra de Grazalema.
Intensity: medium due to its special aging and being coated with oil and madroño liqueur.
Rind: natural coated with oil and madroño liqueur.
Characteristics: white cheese with an intense flavor on the palate and firm texture.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized
The madroño is a fruit from a tree found in forests, scrubland, and rocky hills. It has a very sweet taste and a starchy texture. They are often used for jams, preserves, and liqueurs.

Ingredients: pasteurized goat's milk, rennet and calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, olive oil, and madroño liqueur.
Madroño liqueur: 24º brandy, madroños, a mixture of spices and aromatic plants.
