Cheese made with sheep's milk from the Sierra de Cádiz.
Aging: 2 months. Semi-cured type.
Intensity: very mild due to its short aging.
Rind: natural.
Characteristics: cheese that is white in color with a mild flavor and firm texture. Creamier than cured cheeses.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized
Cheese aged for 2 to 3 months in our aging chambers.
