Cold (Quick Tapas): Remove the "Mini Ham" from the packaging, slice it very thin (without heating), and serve it on rustic bread with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Classic Galician Ham (Hot): Cut the meat into thick slices. Lightly steam or microwave to heat. Serve it over boiled potatoes (cachelos), generously sprinkle with Pimentón de la Vera (sweet or spicy), and drizzle with a good splash of olive oil.
