- Tray of Smoked Old Cow Bacon — 500 gr Recovered using traditional techniques, our Smoked Old Cow Bacon follows a process of salting, smoking, and 100% natural Galician artisanal curing. Sliced and ready to use, so tender it melts in your mouth. The ingredient that makes a difference in a burger, fried eggs, pasta, or simply on a charcuterie board.
