The best way to take advantage of our Galician beef bones for broth is with prolonged cooking to extract all the flavor and nutrients.

Roasting (Optional): For a darker color and a more intense flavor, you can roast the bones in the oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes before cooking them.
Bone Broth (Bone Broth): Place the bones in a large pot with water, a splash of vinegar (helps extract the minerals), and vegetables (onion, carrot, leek).
