Aged Cheese in Aromatic Spices Blend
Mixed Cheese (Goat-Sheep) aged in Aromatic Spices traditionally made with goat and sheep milk from the Natural Park of Sierra de Grazalema. One of our hidden gems as it is a highly awarded cheese but little known to the public.
Aging: Between 4 and 7 months. In the last aging period, the cheese is coated with Iberian lard and aromatic herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary, and spicy paprika) to enhance its flavor and aroma.
Intensity: medium due to its special aging and being coated with Iberian lard.
Rind: natural coated with aromatic spices.
Characteristics: white cheese with an intense flavor on the palate and firm texture.
Packaging: vacuum packed.

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:

It is recommended to consume between 16 and 18º C
Ingredients: GOAT milk (minimum 51%), SHEEP milk (minimum 10%), Iberian lard (pork fat and antioxidant E320), aromatic herbs (2%), salt, rennet, stabilizer (calcium chloride) and lactic ferments.
